We offer breathwork & meditation as tools for regulating the nervous system, cultivating presence, and deepening connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.

Modern life keeps most of us in a state of chronic stress and overstimulation. Over time, this takes a toll on our bodies, our relationships, and our capacity to purposefully navigate our experience. Whether you're supporting others through difficult emotions, feeling overwhelmed by the frenzied pace of life, or simply curious, it's an honor to share these practices with you.

WHAT WE OFFER

SO Sundays:
A Monthly Circle

A free, virtual gathering on the first Sunday of every month at 10am ET. We practice breathwork & meditation together for 45 minutes with an optional sharing circle afterward. No experience necessary.

All are welcome!

Breathing Workshops

These workshops demystify breathwork by combining accessible science with hands-on practice. Participants learn the language of breathing and how it relates to nervous system regulation. Available virtually or in-person in NYC, with sliding scale options for nonprofits and community organizations.

CEUs available in NYS upon request.

Private Sessions

Individual & small group sessions in breathwork and/or meditation for those looking for more personalized support with cultivating a regular practice.

ABOUT THE PRACTICES

Breathwork

In breathwork, we deliberately manipulate our breathing patterns to influence our nervous system—activating energy when we need it, or calming ourselves when we don't. It teaches us how to work with our bodies rather than against them. Breathwork offers profound and often immediate physiological benefits, including:

— reduced stress / anxiety
— elevated energy

— mental clarity
— improved sleep

— improved concentration
— decreased reactivity

— deepened compassion
— greater self-awareness

Meditation

In meditation, we gradually learn how to direct our attention rather than being directed by it. It teaches us how to temporarily detach from our preoccupations, moves us from a story of separation into a story of connection—even if for just a moment. Regular practice can have a profound impact on our lives, including:

WHY WE DO THIS

We've both experienced long stretches where our inner voices were drowned out by external pressures—stretches where we lost sight of who we were, what we were doing, where we were going. And it made us miserable. Although we each arrived at these practices independently and have our own unique relationships with them, we continue to practice daily. Time and again, they have proven invaluable in helping us find our way.

Presence is about paying attention to what's alive in the here + now rather than doing, doing, doing. It invites us to step out of the stories that govern our minds and feel a little more connected, compassionate, human. We believe the world could use more of this and it excites us to share what we have learned. Our offerings are designed for beginners and we're committed to creating spaces where anyone can participate without pressure or performance.

Let’s Breathe Together.
